Pet sitting
Hi, we are Ken and Ellen Philo, a husband and wife team, and have been operating this petsitting business since 2012. We provide professional, responsible and loving care for your pets.
We keep costs under market because we don't hire employees. Our services include walking dogs, administering medications, cleaning dog poops, kitty litters and bird cage trays. We also water plants, put out garbage cans, bring in mail, alternate interior lights, open and close shades and do what ever you need done at your place while you are away.
We have good personal references from all of our past and current customers. We can put you in direct contact with them if you would like to ask any questions that you may have about us.

Ellen and Ken are fantastic pet sitters for my 10 yr old male cat. He looks forward to daily visits from Uncle Ken or Auntie Ellen when this dad is gone for a week. I usually travel every other month. They give me daily updates with three or photo's of Binkey playing with them. I used to use a cat hotel but since I started to use AAA Pet Sitters, my kitty and I have been very happy knowing he's getting love and attention from two people who really care. My cat is very shy and it took Binkey about 6 months (3 or 4 visits) to get used to them coming over. They were very patient during the initial period and let me know his appetite was good and urine and stool was normal. They would hide some treats and he would find them. He now looks forward to their visits, waiting at the door when he hears them coming. They both have shown gentleness and loving that any pet and owner would appreciate. Five Stars!

I have used AAA Dog sitting services at least once a year for the last eight years. They have come into our home twice a day to feed our three dogs. One time one of our smoke detectors was beeping because of a low battery and was scaring the dogs. While Ellen stayed with the dogs, Ken went to the store got a battery and replaced the battery, then spent another hour with the dogs making sure they were calm before they left. And yes while they charge for their services, they are first and foremost dog lovers and you can’t go wrong using them.

I have been depending on AAA pets sitters for 4 years now. I will be honest and say that I was a bit skeptical inviting them into my home and trusting them with our pets, but that soon passed through their actions. Ken and Ellen are honest, trustworthy, and will take care of your pets better than anyone else will. They will keep you informed daily. I had an unexpected ant infestation after a heavy rainfall while on vacation, and AAA Pets went the extra mile to handle this minor disaster as if it were their own home. I speak from first hand experience and highly recommend their services. I almost forgot to mention, Ken and Ellen are super nice people......bonus! Thank you AAA Pet sitters!

Ellen and Ken are the most wonderful and caring people you could ever meet. They are absolutely wonderful with everything that they do and caring for our beloved animals is a passion for them. They have cared for our animals over the years and honestly, our pets seem so happy to see them when we depart town, now that says a lot. If I could give AAA Pet Sitters of Boise higher than five stars I would! Ellen cares for my four cats and not only does she give two of them medications twice a day, she spends time at the house interacting, giving them love and attention and sending me daily pictures so I know they are happy and healthy. Ellen always goes the extra mile in everything... She even puts the peanuts out for my local squirrel!!! .

Ellen and Ken have provided care to our dogs for over five years, either at our house, or at theirs, as needed. They are so attentive to our dogs and have taken wonderful care of them. Our pups love the attention they get! Ellen sends photos so we can see them playing. It's so comforting to know our pets are so well cared for in our absence. We love Ellen and Ken!

I have been working with Ellen, of AAA Petsitters of Boise, for 2 years. Her gentle heart and love for animals has been so wonderful for my aging cocker spaniel, pug, and new kitten. Pet sitter, Ellen is trustworthy, on time, and dependable. When I am away, she sends me pictures of my pets to assure me that they are doing well.

Chloe loves to see them either at their house, or when they come to visit her at her house. Ellen is the best pet sitter that we have ever had. We have a scaredy cat who hides when anyone comes into our house. Ellen came while we were home, sat on the floor with Peanut and made friends with her. When she comes to care for her she makes sure she has enough food and water, cleans her box, and stays for quite a while to make sure she has enough love and attention. Peanut is always waiting at the door for her loving care. She has been our pet sitter for 5 years and we would not trust anyone else to care for our Peanut.

AAA has been caring for my dog for the past 5 years and they are wonderful! Abbey is so happy and cared for by Ellen. She is caring and follows instructions. She plays with Abbey and makes her feel so loved. I highly recommend her and have never been disappointed. She treats Abbey like her own pet.
